Lynsey - Strength, Breath Work & Cold Water Therapy Coach
With over 10 years in the industry, Lynsey has works both online and in person with high performing individuals who want to improve all aspects of their performance.
Initially specialising in strength based training, Lynsey turned to breathwork in the first instance to overcome anxiety and sleep somniphobia and learnt first hand how fundlemental understanding and learning to control your own breath can be in your mental and physical well-being.
Lynsey has spent several years practicing breath work in voluntary stressful environments such as cold water therapy and high altitude mountaineering.

Level 3 Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor who is guaranteed to lift your energy and mood with his upbeat personality and passion for what he teaches.
Dave - Sleep Expert
Over 20 years in healthcare, registered hypnotherapist, naturopath and osteopath, with BSCs in Osteopathy and Food Science. Dave boasts an extensive background and expertise in wellness alongside a wealth of knowledge to solving sleep problems.

I have been practising Yoga on and off since I was a little It was a straightforward transition for me from feeling the powerful benefits of the practices of yoga and meditation to others and becoming a teacher myself.
I have amassed over 500 hours of study with different schools of yoga, at the Sivanada Ashram in Kerala, where the traditional and devotional elements of the practice are key, with The Yoga People in London, focusing on Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga and now my journey with my teacher, Tiffany Cruikshank and The Yoga Medicine Family.
